- Step 1: In a blender or food processor, combine the blueberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Step 2: Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You want it to be velvety, so take your time here!
- Step 3: Taste your creation and adjust the sweetness if necessary. You can add a little more honey or syrup if you like it sweeter.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into an airtight container, sealing it well.
- Step 5: Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm. This is the hard part, but it will be worth the wait!
- Step 6: Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Then scoop and enjoy!
Notes
Your homemade Blueberry Frozen Yogurt can be stored in the freezer for up to one month. Just make sure it’s in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.
