- Step 1: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add the sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 4: Stir in the bell pepper and broccoli florets. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Step 5: Add the garlic chives, soy sauce, and oyster sauce (if using). Stir to combine.
- Step 6: Pour in the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 7: Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and enjoy!
Notes
