Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, vegetable oil, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Step 3: Add the egg and vanilla extract to the mixture, and stir until fully incorporated.
