- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Rinse the sea bream under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Step 3: Make diagonal slits on both sides of the fish to allow for better seasoning and cooking.
- Step 4: In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sesame oil.
- Step 5: Rub the mixture over the fish, ensuring it gets into the slits and cavity.
- Step 6: Stuff the cavity of the fish with sliced ginger and chopped green onions.
- Step 7: Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 8: Sprinkle salt over the fish to taste.
- Step 9: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 10: Serve hot with lemon wedges and garnish with fresh herbs.
