- Step 1: Start by peeling and dicing the ripe mangoes. The riper they are, the sweeter your popsicles will be!
- Step 2: In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, milk, honey (or sugar), ground cardamom, and salt.
- Step 3: Blend everything until smooth and creamy. You want a nice, thick mixture!
- Step 4: Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze.
- Step 5: Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely set.
- Step 6: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull them out.
- Step 7: Serve immediately, garnished with chopped mint leaves if desired. Enjoy your refreshing treat!
Notes
Store your popsicles in the freezer for up to 2 months. Make sure they are tightly sealed to prevent freezer burn.
