  • 2 cups coconut milk full-fat
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp agar-agar powder
  • a pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, maple syrup, matcha powder, vanilla extract, agar-agar powder, and salt.
  2. Step 2: Whisk the mixture over medium heat until the agar-agar is fully dissolved, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  3. Step 3: Once dissolved, remove the saucepan from heat and continue to whisk for a minute to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
  4. Step 4: Pour the mixture into serving molds or cups.
  5. Step 5: Allow the panna cotta to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Step 6: Once set, carefully remove from molds and serve chilled. Enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
