- Step 1: In a saucepan, combine the coconut milk, maple syrup, matcha powder, vanilla extract, agar-agar powder, and salt.
- Step 2: Whisk the mixture over medium heat until the agar-agar is fully dissolved, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Step 3: Once dissolved, remove the saucepan from heat and continue to whisk for a minute to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
- Step 4: Pour the mixture into serving molds or cups.
- Step 5: Allow the panna cotta to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Step 6: Once set, carefully remove from molds and serve chilled. Enjoy!
