- Step 1: In a large pot, combine the chicken broth and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Step 2: Add the shio, soy sauce, and mirin to the broth. Stir until the salt is dissolved, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Step 4: To serve, divide the cooked noodles among four bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
- Step 5: Top each bowl with sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, chashu pork, nori, bamboo shoots, and bean sprouts.
- Step 6: Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade Shio Ramen!
Notes
If you have leftovers, store the broth and noodles separately. The broth can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
